These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY / TRADER NAME] ("myAIshows", "we", "us", "our"), of [REGISTERED / SERVICE ADDRESS]. They govern your access to and use of the myAIshows website and subscription service (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

myAIshows produces a personalised daily audio "show" assembled from the topics, teams, and custom feeds you select, and delivers it to your email address. News and information are gathered from publicly available sources and summarised automatically; the narration is generated by AI voices. The Service is provided for general information and entertainment only.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including your email address) and for activity on your account. The "manage" links we email you are personal — keep them private.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

Plans. Pricing is shown on the site at sign-up (currently from [$/£]3/month). Add-on "custom" feeds are charged as shown. Prices may change on renewal with prior notice.
Free trial. New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial it converts to a paid subscription (or ends, depending on the trial type shown at checkout).
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly, or the 13-month "annual" cycle) until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
Annual plan. The annual option is billed as described at checkout ("13 months for the price of 12"); the bonus period applies each renewal.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Taxes may be added where applicable.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime from your account page or the manage link in any email; your access continues to the end of the period you choose (or stops immediately, your choice), at no extra cost.
Money-back window. If you cancel within 10 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full and stop the show immediately.
UK consumers — right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately, by subscribing you consent to delivery starting before the 14 days expire and acknowledge this may affect that statutory right; our 10-day money-back policy applies in addition.
Annual refunds. After the money-back window, annual plans are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion after the end of the current month, as described at cancellation; monthly plans are not refunded for the current paid period.

5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer

The shows are produced automatically using AI. While we draw on real, sourced material, summaries may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, and the AI voices are synthetic. The content is not professional advice — it is not financial, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always verify important information independently before acting on it. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast the shows without our permission; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive custom-feed requests; or use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, the myAIshows brand, and the produced audio are owned by us or our licensors and provided to you under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own use. Underlying news facts belong to their respective sources.

8. Third-party services & sources

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), and AI/search providers. News is summarised from third-party sources; we are not responsible for the content or availability of those sources.

9. Availability & changes

We aim to deliver a show on your schedule but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site, and continued use means acceptance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legitimate operational, legal, or security reasons.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales], and disputes are subject to the courts of [England & Wales], without affecting your mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
